Taking inspiration from a photograph in 1901. This scene takes a moderns view of what the scene is now with the bridge and growth of trees with the Burgy banks to the right.
In the original photograph St Marks Church can be seen and the chimneys of Cowley Hill works. To the left could be seen the Globe works. There is a lack of the Burgy Banks and the land of Rushy Park Farm opens up the landscape.
